1. Go to any of the pages that have a playlist you want to add and click "Listen Now" or sometimes you may only need to click the picture. Try it here on the Discover page. 2. Find the playlist you want to add and click "Listen Now". 3. You will be redirected to an external link and then click the relevant service - either 'Spotify' or 'Apple Music'. If on iOS/Android 4. You will be redirected to the and then you can either click "ADD" for Apple Music or the Heart icon for Spotify. If on Mac/PC 4. You will be redirected to that service and if you have the app installed on your computer/laptop it will pop up, otherwise if not, you can go to the online app for Spotify and sign in. 5. Then, once you are signed in, simply click "ADD" for Apple Music or the Heart icon for Spotify and then it will be added to your library.

1. Click the request option on the menu or go to request in your account settings. This will then take you to the request page. 2. Then you'll see a mini form you can fill out and request as many songs as you would like to. We do listen to your recomendations so give it a go.

Your profile is viewable when you have "Joined the community". To leave the community do this: 1. Go to "My Account". 2. Click the three dots next to your profile picture and name and then press "Leave the Community". If you leave the community you can always revert back at any time.

Yes, we've made this feature available so you can discuss the chart and the news in music. This is easy to do and when you are on a blog post, if you scroll to the bottom you will see the comment and like option.

No, you cannot make your own blog post. However, you can do something very similar on "Socialdox" which allows you to create a group and share with your friends your playlists, thoughts about music, anything really. It's like your own social media tailored to you.

To share your own playlist should be a very simple process. Click here to go to the Share homepage and then select "Share a Playlist". This will then re-direct you to a member page where you can fill out the form and within 6 hours it will go public and you'll recieve you're own page on Tondox. Don't forget to add your Member URL so that friends can find you. If you'd prefer it not to be Public, that's no problem, just uncheck the Public option before you submit.

Make sure that you have left 6 hours for your playlist to be then submitted to the public by Tondox. If it has taken longer than 6 hours and your playlist shows up in the "PUBLIC Submitted Playlists" underneath the option to Share your Playlist then please contact us here. This is a rare cases but are possible. Please make sure you have checked the Terms and Conditions to see if you have broken any of them as we may be in the process of suspending your account or may have just removed the playlist. Either way we are sorry for the inconvenience and will get back to you ASAP after you've contacted us.

One user may vote up to 3 times an hour per category. We monitor this and anything more than 3 will not be counted. Voting is now open so vote for your favourite artist here!
